In your role as CRM Manager, you will be the crucial link between Iduna & Kultajousi and the companies' most loyal members. The position is based at our headquarters in Varberg, and you will work in a creative environment within the marketing department, collaborating closely with our marketing team as well as external partners. You will report to the Marketing Manager and CEO. For the right person, this is an exciting and developing position. However, it requires that you are willing and able to invest a lot of time, energy, and commitment. The role assumes that you are good at planning your work but can also quickly adapt when needed. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop analyses and statistics for our club campaigns.
• Plan & create club campaigns with ongoing follow-up.
• Lead & coach our CRM team
• Project management
• Create and publish club materials & mailings as well as simpler graphic designs on request.

• Produce newsletters. Here, text formulation is A & O, so we are looking for someone who is creative, enjoys creating varied texts, and communicates fluently in Swedish and English, preferably also Finnish.

To be the person we are looking for, you have:

• Experience working with CRM systems
• A strong interest in statistics, analysis, marketing communication, and sales.
• Knowledge of Office programs.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English and can communicate fluently in both spoken and written forms. Knowledge of additional languages such as Finnish is an advantage.

Knowledge of programs like InDesign, Photoshop & Fackta is a plus. The position is a temporary role for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Start date is negotiable. We are conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be claimed by a permanent employee with preferential rights.
